DejaOffice v1.6.3 is now available to download from www.dejaoffice.com/androidapp and the Android Market. Release notes are below.

DejaOffice v1.6.3
* Fixed an issue where sync with built-in apps would fail on AT&T Backflip and other Android OS 1.5 devices.
* Fixed an issue where recurring events that spanned DST would sync one hour off.
* Fixed display issues for recurring events with no end date.

Besides the Palm Desktop "No time" events appearing a day earlier on Dejaoffice, two other issues need to be addressed:

(1) The sync time is much longer than 1.5.8
(2) Sometimes it takes a long time to display the calendar (such as right after a sync). Even at other times, there is a "retrieving calendar data" message

The same behavior with new lag times...

...however the all day events still show up one day early, but you already know this.

cheers,

It looks like issue is only for European time zones. We'll have a fix coming soon.

I found another issue: Recurring events don't sync to the native Android calendar.

SPF - A couple of issues here that may be at fault.

1. DJO events that have categories will not sync with the native Android calendar. This is a known issue, and should be resolved in DJO 1.6.4.

2. Recurring exceptions (i.e. recurring events where some, but not all, of the instances have been modified) do not sync with the native Android calendar. This is also a known issue, but it's a limitation of Android OS, which doesn't support recurring exceptions in most cases.
