View Full Version : contact category colors not transferring from database to contacts

I am using Act! 6.0 with a samsung vibrant and when I have tried to sync (via companion link, both with usb, and google), the categories are not transferring to the contacts in the database. The blocks are all showing gray. Do those have to be changed manually on the phone, or shouldn't the contacts set up in Act prompt this during the sync? The list of categories in Act are transferred to the phone, but the categories are changed for each contact. Thank you.
