CL v6038 - where are the release notes?

Where are the release notes for the new release 6038 ... new bad habit ???

I'm pretty sure it fixes the 'closing outlook' hang issue, 'cos that was fixed in CL6037.9 beta. Not sure about other changes, but this one mattered to me :)
