I just realized I originally posted in the wrong sub-forum.

While I'm waiting to hear back from support, does anyone have any suggestions I should try?

Actually, no, I think you posted in the right forum. Syncing is really more of a CL issue than a DJO issue. I posted over there, but don't get too excited. ;)

CompanionLink offers telephone technical support. We don't monitor the forums for support items. The techs were sitting on their hands most of the week, not enough calls.

So I suggest you give a call. Today I gave the ticket to Thomas. But it's a bit hard because he has to look up your email, then backtrack to see if we have a phone number on your order form. So that's a couple steps. I know I gave it to someone last week but apparently they dropped it. Sorry about that.
