View Full Version : Incorrect Contact Count

I have 3927 contacts in Microsoft Outlook.
All 3927 contacts sync properly with DejaCloud server.
However, only 3875 contacts appear in my Deja Office app. I have erased my device and have done a full resync many times but with the same result. Anyone know the problem or have any other suggestions to get all of my contacts into Deja Office?

sjamie, This makes me sad. It looks like there are 52 records that are not showing.

The system is mechanical. The only logic that is -intended- here is to avoid duplicates. So entries with duplicate "File As" are suspect.

Send me an email with the names of 3 records that show in Outlook but NOT in DejaOffice, and I'll find out the mechanical reason! wayland@companionlink.com

I figured out the problem! I had 52 duplicate Distribution Lists in Outlook. It took me FOREVER to find them but all contacts are now syncing properly across all devices. :cool:
