Deja Office for android suddenly started saying it could not see my SD card holding my db. It told me I had to dismount the SD and change my USB connection type to Charge Only. Android 4.4.2 on HTC One Mini2 does not have any controls to do this - I've just spent a long time on the phone with HTC support! Other apps can see my SD OK, e.g. Poweramp and File Manager. Why is Deja Office blocking in this way? Is it the effect of a new update or have I accidently altered some control?

ahallan-

I'd recommend we open a support ticket so we can look into this issue closer and possibly gather a log of the error. Please visit http://www.dejaoffice.com/support.html and create a ticket. We'll do some next steps from there.

In the mean time make sure you have updated to our latest beta from the following link: http://www.dejaoffice.com/androidapp/beta/DejaOffice4_2_7_978.apk

Raised trouble ticket and downloaded and installed beta as requested. Now getting message "DJ could not open your database". Same message if I try to restore a backup. When I connect a USB cable to my laptop to charge, Android notifies USB connected and MTP connected, i.e. not "charge only" - although it does then charge! Poweramp and File Manager apps can see and use SD card OK - just re-tested.
