I generally don't send email from my Samsung S5, but looked at what happens when I tap on an address in my contacts. It does start a new message in Gmail, but I would like it to start in the basic (Samsung?) app that came with the phone, where I have my primary, non-gmail address. I couldn't find any settings for that in DJO, nor in the main phone settings. Is it possible to make that happen?

It must be one of the default settings. I don't have an S5 to test, but I think you'll need to go to Samsung settings and reset all the default apps, and then when it pops up set to Samsung Email.

That worked, as I found a second place to set defaults - thanks!
