I'm working on my iPad and trying to sync. I keep getting the error "Subscription Expired" but it's free software. Can you please tell me what this error means? I'm on auto pay with companion link so I don't think it's them, but I don't know where to check that out.

I'm not sure either. What method are you using to synchronize - Wireless or Wi-Fi?

With the CompanionLink Hosted Secured Wireless ($9.95) you need to be sure to put credit card information in the PC Screen for that purpose. This sets up the billing for the hosted file transfer account. It is hosted by a 3rd party hence the fee.

Wi-Fi sync is free because it just uses your local Wi-Fi hub.
