RECOMMENDATIONS

We generally recommend using Local Wi-Fi Sync with all products. This sync method will give the greatest feature compatibility when syncing data between CRM/productivity software and iPhone, including support for User Fields, Categories and Recurring Events.

If you need hosted wireless sync service when you're out of the office, we recommend CompanionLink Secure Hosted Wireless Sync ($9.95 per month). More info here: www.companionlink.com/wireless.

EXISTING CompaniionLink CUSTOMERS

If you own any CompanionLink 4.0 product, you are already compatible with Verizon iPhone. We recommend you update your software as we have many changes for iPhone. You can get software updates here: http://www.companionlink.com/updates.

We DO NOT recommend CompanionLink 3.0 for the Verizon iPhone. The older 3.0 version may not provide full compatibility with the new Verizon iPhone. If you own a license of CompanionLink 3.0, read our upgrade policy to determine if you qualify for a free upgrade. You can also purchase an upgrade. More info: www.companionlink.com/v4.

We will be updating this thread as additional information becomes available.

Hi Everyone,

Today Verizon's announced they have suspended taking Pre Order sales for existing customers. Verizon also stated they set a record for single day phone sales on February 3rd.

Shipping has begun for some lucky customers already.
