Hello,
I am a long time user of DejaOffice/CompanionLink and never ran into this issue before. In the course of debugging a recent issue, a DejaOffice technician had me install CompanionLink Build 8042. Although I have mine setup for optimized sync, every sync is a full sync. I suppose for most users this would not be a problem, but I am somewhat of a packrat and have over 7800 Calendar records. Even over a high speed communication line, it still takes hours for my PC and phone to sync.
Please note that I use CompanionLink for Outlook and sync with my employer's Exchange server. Previous versions of CompanionLink for Outlook optimized sync used to complete a daily sync in just minutes. Is there something wrong with Build 8042, or do I have it misconfigured?
