Atrix-HD will not Synch

I have been through all the documernts and guides and trouble shooting schems I have downloaded and repaired the USB Drivers for he phone. I have downloaded the ASB driver from DEJA Office, and have manually installed it to insure it has the appropriate signer. When I connect the phone it responds and shows under devices on the computer tab. I open Deja Office touch synch and it responds with a message "Please start the sycnh using the PC." When I click the synch icon on companion link I get a dialogue wth 5 Steps that send me back to deja office to start the synch which sends me the same error message sending me to the PC. What is the issue? Has any one a clue? I am using DejaDirctUSB and the device is connecting as an MTP which is what the set up calls for. Debugging is enabled
