It looks like you have covered all in my book with this product except keeping the outlook notes attached to the contact. I hope you can fix this major error!
I use this to access quickly passwords, user names, lock box codes or if a seller will be out of town. I can not figure out how the notes would be of any help to anyone if they are stand alone & not connected to a contact?
I have not moved to the droid because I'm a heavy category user (have 50+) & looks like you are the answer to my sync issue with the droid.
