    Tasks do not sync with cl4033 & djo1.10.8

    Title says it all.

    Ugh!

    Reset the DJO db, purge and reload, Tasks sync from Android to Outlook, but each time a sync is done a task that exists in Outlook is deleted.

    Have you set Outlook to be the Primary in Companionlink?

    No. I want items deleted in Androd to be deleted in Outlook and vice versa.

    To do this, go to:
    1. Open CompanionLink Setting App on your PC and select "Outlook Settings"
    2. Select the Applications Tab.
    3. Select the third option under Primary Database:
    Records deleted in both Android and Outlook will be synchronized.

    That is the correct setting for what you want to accomplish.
    Keep us posted if you have any problems after that.

    Please read my first two posts. I know how to configure the program to do what I want and I have configured it correctly. However, no matter how the program is configured, Tasks will not sync!

    I just go off the phone with Companion Link Tech Support. My issue is being escalated and I was told to expect someone to get back to me within about 24 hours. Since the pervious versions of CL and DJO worked the tech thought it clear that the problem was caused by or during the upgrade to the latest versions. Tasks still do not sync from Outlook to DJO though I've tried reinstallation of the software and etc. If you have any ideas let me know. Otherwise, I'll await a call back. Thanks.
