    Hello Thomas,

I really enjoyed my vacation and am curious if the data I send was helpfull.
Everytime I now do a sync I check that the logging for CL and DJO is on so that if and when DJO emtpies again I can send you the data.

Is it wise to update DJO to 1.11.7?
    I now use 1.11.3.

    Hello Lexie,

I am glad you had a wonderful vacation. We were not able to find a specific error with the Log file you sent so lets keep up the diligence. I highly recommend upgrading to 1.11.7. Sync all your data first.
    Regards,
    Thomas

    Hello Thomas,

I did sync twice today and everything works out well.
But I it only happens every now and then. So I will stay alert and do the logging so hopefully if it happens again I can send the logfiles.
I did do the upgrade and are now running 1.11.7.
After that I did a sync and that worked out fine.

So I will keep on syncing and we will see...

    Thanks for the continuing help!

    Hello Thomas,

I did send you another log file from CL and DJO since something weird happened with my DJO.
    Again no data lost

On your question in Mar00K's post:
I use Vodafone and live in the Netherlands.
If you want more specifics on this I will mail that to you because I don't want to give any info online.
That's why I like DJO so much instead of google

    Regards,
    Alexandra

    Hi Alex,

That is as much info as I need. Thank you. I would not want anyone to reveal any more than that on such a public board.

    Alex,

Can you please submit another log from the successful sync. Please name is differently. Something like:
Companionlinklogsuccessful.log zip it up ans end it in like the last one please.
I want to compare logs from a successful sync and one that has a connection problem to look for variances.

    Hello Thomas,

It seems that yesterday DJO started to hick up again.
After I pressed the sync button only 'sync ok' appeared on my phone. CL did nothing.
Then I did sync again and it went without any problems.
Then it only did updating android contacts or database. I am not sure which of the two and further nothing.
    Then two good syncs.
This morning I did two or three good syncs and then it went wrong again.
After pressing the sync button my phone switched back to the 'all apps' list while CL kept doing the sync.
When I switched back to DJO on my phone after CL was done it stated this:
"unable to acces sd-card. Unmount your phone from PC and change your USB connection to charge only"
(This is my default setting on my phone ?!)
I unplugged the USB safely and replugged it.
I then got the message "insert USB before hitting the sync button".
I do have logfiles from this all.
After that the sync went ok.

    Do you want the logfiles?

It seems that DJO doesn't empty anymore but it still, every now and then, has this problem.
Maybe DJO update 1.11.7 has changed that.
Ofcourse you can't be sure and I keep logging because it might happen anyway.
But I have done 20+ syncs by now and the empty DJO didn't happen anymore.

    Hello Lexie,

Glad to hear that the empty CLUSB folder is not occurring that is good news. So sorry that the sync function is still experiencing problems. Please submit the log files and I will have my dev team look at them.
