    Companion Link Pro - Contact Sync Issue

    This morning when syncing the contacts both ways using the iPhone4 and Companion Link Pro, after making a number of category changes in Outlook, the DejaOffice application halted halfway thru the sync process.

    SAME symptoms as described in my calendar thread.

    So it appears their are problems with both the contact and calendar sync in Companion Link Pro. sheeeez!!

    Hi Marty,

    I can't give this my full attention until tomorrow when I am in the office. Lets get the ball rolling on isolating this though.
    Can you please turn on the logging function in DejaOffice?
    In DejaOffice tap Settings>Log and turn both Logging and Debug Logging on.

    Open Companionlink Setup and press "CTRL"+"SHIFT"+"L"
    You should get a dialog that says logging turned on.

    Please Sync in this environment. If the error occurs again we will have it documented.
