    Duplicate Contacts

    When I sync it seems multiple contacts are made. Not sure how to prevent.

    Hi Matt,

    Are the duplicates in your phone or on your PC or both?

    Duplicates can result if you have Google sync turned on in the account you sync to in your Android Settings.
    Make sure this is turned off by following the instruction in this link.

    If your PC data is clear of duplicates try a Purge and Reload of the Contacts database.
    1. Open CompanionLink Setup
    2. Click Outlook Settings (Or the name of your Data Manager "Palm Desktop, etc..)
    3. In the Applications tab check the "Purge and Reload Contacts" box.
    4. Click OK
    5. Sync your phone.

    Let me know if you are still having trouble with this after doing both of these
