    Deja office 1.2.8 crashes straight back to desktop on iPad

    I have just updated my app to the latest ,and deja office now no longer starts, but crashes back to the desktop.
    I am running IOS 5.0.
    How do I get it working again?

    Hello David,

    If you have your DejaOffice Data safely saved on your PC via CompanionLink, please follow these steps:
    1. On you PC Desktop open CompanionLink Setup.
    2. Click the options Menu and select Purge and Reload. ( THis option may read Wipe all Records on Apple Device in some COmpanionLink builds.)
    3. On you Apple device, delete the DejaOffice application. (THis will result in all DejaOffice data being deleted. The only recoverable data will be what is in the PC application you sync with.)
    4. Install DejaOffice form the App Store on your Apple Device.
    5. Launch DejaOffice and run through the Setup Wizard.
    6. Sync your Phone.

    DejaOffice Sync Settings for Contacts and Calendar. - Please include the "Account" Selected to Sync with for Contacts and or Calendar.
    Also - Please avoid using terms like, "Latest Update", that can mean too many things. Version # is greatly appreciated.
