    I'd like to add that I am experiencing the same problems. I spoke yesterday to tech support after paying for the yearly support, and this bug was not mentioned. After years of using Outlook and having to tether my Blackberry to sync...but NEVER having problems, I'd like to think that this isn't that hard to fix.

    Everyone -

    We are still working on a resolution for this issue. If you are using DejaConnect there is a work around: Open CompanionLink and click on Options > Uncheck Optimized Update sync.

    I will be sure to come back to this thread & update when we have more information.

    The fact is "Uncheck Optimized Update sync" is far slower !!! Thanks to dig for a solution.

    As I already mentionned, unchecking "optimized update sync" doesn't work better...

    I agree : I have tried... And it's sometimes so much slower. A good deletion process is the only way. L.

    A reread of both sides works, but it can't be set as "default".

    Yes, a reread of both sides works, but it is a pain to do every day !
