Same problem for me as well.
I've had my Galaxy note 2 for a little over a month.
I originally synced over Dejacloud from Outlook 2010 and everything went fairly smooth.
Just the other day I noticed that my native contacts were gone.
I did not do any upgrades or make any changes to the phone whatsoever.
I've tried the latest updates to try and resolve the problem but I've had no luck.
This is a HUGE flaw in this program, and it makes using the device quite a pain.
Any help you can be in this matter is greatly appreciated.
    Best,
    Jeff

Jeff, I'm sorry to hear of the problems. I also use a Galaxy Note 2 and DejaCloud.

Feel free to contact CompanionLink Technical Support for a quick response.

What Account do you store your native contacts? We recommend the DejaOffice account, because other accounts (Google, Samsung, Carrier) are often played by the associated party. My phone is a T-Mobile, so they insist on their own account and sync system.

In DejaOffice select Settings, Sync Settings. Be sure the box is checked to Sync with Android Contacts App. And then for Contact Account we recommend "DejaOffice". This creates a contact account in the native list called DejaOffice.

In Android Contacts, hit the "Menu" key. Look at the bottom for "Contacts to Display". Then select DejaOffice. If this is not selected, then your contacts will not show in the Native Contact list.

    I hope this information helps.

    Hi all,
I did contact CL and they basically told me to check the same things that were mentioned here.
They did however ask me to do a reread Outlook data under options on CL setup.
After syncing the device THE NATIVE CONTACTS WERE THERE!!!!
    Hope this helps.
