Right Companion license for syncing PC with 2 android devices

    Dear all,

I am planning to sync my old pc incl. outlook with two android devices (smartphone and tablet). I will mainly use the latter two devices to modify calendar entries, contacts, etc.

From what I have read on your page and within the forum, this seems possible using either:
    1.) Deja Cloud
2.) Local (Wi-fi) sync using the Companion Express Software

    I have the following questions:
    a) Is this correct?
    b) Am I "forced" to buy the (more expensive) Express SW instead of the standard software?
    c) How does the syncing works if I have opposing entries in the calendar? (Example: On the tablet, the calendar entry is scheduled for 5 pm. On the smart phone, it was scheduled to 6 pm)
    d) I assume data stored on the cloud are within the US territory?!
    e) How much do I need to pay using the cloud service for this setup?

    Thanks for a quick reply!

    Best regards,
    Sebastian

I don't know for the cloud - you may ask here: sales@companionlink.com
For local sync you do need the Express version if you'd like to sync to 2 devices.
Google Pixel, Android 9.0 German, DJO 4.4.9 (1076)
Office: Win10 x64, Outlook 365 (v2016, up to date) German, CL Express 7050 --- Local WiFi sync --- manual syncing, daily
Home: Win10 x64, Outlook 365 (v2016, up to date) German, CL Express 7050 --- Local WiFi sync --- manual syncing, occasionally
Syncing to native Android contacts (DJO account), not syncing to native Android calendar
