message "DejaOffice could not locate your database"
3 options (1) try again (which does not work) (2) restore a backup (3) create a new data base.

I sync with my PC through USB.

    Hi Kimberly -

This message indicates that DejaOffice can't read the SD card for some reason. Try these steps:

-Disconnect the phone from the PC if it is connected
    -Reboot the device

If this doesn't fix the issue, please answer the questions below:

-Is this a recent problem, or is this your first time using DejaOffice? In other words - has this ever worked?
-Did you move the application to the SD card? (You can do this by going to Settings > Applications > choose DejaOffice > select to Move the app to the SD card.)

Note - There were two threads on the same topic. I merged them today.

Kimberly - one other significant thing: Do you have an SD Card in your Galaxy S4, and also is it formatted (i.e. write-able). You may want to check it.

Galaxy S4 is probably the best selling phone ever, so it is very common for our customers. I'm sure this issue is just involved with the SD card. Note: A new SD card costs $4-8 for the smaller sizes, and can be obtained from a camera shop, radio shack, even my local grocery store carries them...
