How to make incoming calls visible? Lumia 630, DejaOffice & Outlook 2010
Hello all,
How am I able make incoming calls visible? If anybody gets back to me, who is in my address book (Deja Contacts) I only see the telephone number. Also I do not see any setting features - neither in DejaOffice nor in WP 8.1 to enable the system getting address database access.
Do you see any opportunity to get this issue running properly without using cloud!?

Trashcansinatra, welcome to the forum.
To get the caller ID feature, you need to synchronize DejaOffice to the Native Contact list. Go to Settings and set this on. Then sync.
At the end of a sync, check the Lumia native contacts. These should be filled in.

Trashcansinatra: to expand on what DJOCTO says. Go to DejaOffice Settings/Sync Settings and set 'Sync with People App' on.
DJOCTO, could you please explain. I am confused about when precisely changes to DejaOffice contacts propagate to the Native Contacts list and when changes to the Native Contacts list propagate to the DejaOffice contacts. It sometimes seems necessary to press 'Read Device Data' on the DejaOffice home page, but other times the changes seem to propagate automatically.

Changes should propagate whenever there is a PC Sync. That is the time the two databases are matched.
