In Companion Link select in menu Options -> Reread DejaCloud Data then do a Sync.

none of it? that's strange, check sync settings in CL (big settings buttons, then settings button left-bottom, choose Application tab)

A couple of things, hoping I'm understanding. First, if you have data in Outlook that you don't want, you'll have to get rid of it manually. Although CL can do a "Desktop Overwrites Device," as Palm used to call it (in CL this is done by "Wipe All Records On Android Before Sync"), there is no parallel "Wipe all Records on Desktop." You can get your Android data over to Outlook, but it will not replace that data there unless what you are moving over are updates of the same items.

To move data from your Galaxy device (as it doesn't sound like you are using DejaCloud, but correct me if I'm wrong), the setting should be to "reread Android Data on next sync" which is on the options menu. Then click on the settings button and on the Outlook settings, change "Sync both Ways" for all PIMs to "Android to Outlook." That should do it.

It should work whether via USB or WiFi, but although my new Galaxy TAB S connects fine to my computer, I found CL had trouble trying to use a USB connection but WiFi worked fine.

Hope this helps. If not, send a trouble ticket to the CL folks via email.

Sadly, I can no longer use CL or DJO as I have replaced Outlook with Thunderbird and Pimlical Desktop. Pimlical, since moving to Java 8 is no longer compatible with Companion Link. I will lurk about just because I am interested. Please let me know if the Pimlical compatibility problem ever changes and thanks to all here for your support and help over the years. This is the best software for synching Outlook to Android.
