DejaOffice 3.2.2 Inhouse Beta Build 690

I tested this beta and found that I can't make any phone calls. I tried calling using Contacts, phone shortcuts and entering the number from the dial pad. Nothing happens. I could receive calls, just couldn't dial out. Went back to beta build 686 and all is OK. Just thought you would like to know.

    Hi Eagle 3

I have also found some problems when trying out 690.

I was keen to try it to see if it had solved the problems I had been having with the alarms not being persistent on my S3 mini phone.

When I tried it on my Nexus 7 I found it caused severe battery drain and it built up a very large log file.

When I tried it on my S3 mini initially I found that the alarm was persistent if I ignored the phone completely. When I unlocked the phone the alarm sounded continually until I either snoozed or dismissed the alarm. If the phone was "awake" when the alarm was due it would also sound continually.

I have reverted to an earlier version until we get an updated version in the New Year.

I had battery drain problems at the same time too, but I wasn't sure if it was related to 690 or not, because I was doing other things at the same time. No problem with 686.

Thanks for the report. The developer is back on Monday Jan 5, 2015 and I will be sure a new build is posted then.

I also think that 690 stopped my phone working.

Could not make or receive calls, seemed to start after installing 690 and resolved after uninstall of 690.

Is 690 the inhouse apk from 25-dec? I downloaded and installed that last year but about/settings still says 687, and it does work ok. Based on reports above I'll keep it at this version for now

687 works fine for me, including alarms. Sometimes it does alarm twice (one after the other) but that's manageable.

Initial tests on in-house build 691are promising.

    Battery drain seems normal.

    Phone appears to working properly.

Alarms also seem now to be operating in persistent mode on my S3 mini phone. I will be doing some more tests to confirm this.
