    Reformatting contact addresses

For some reason, all of my contacts seem to have had their address fields reformatted. What originally was

    1100 Dogwood Lane
    White, TN 37111

    is now

    1100 Dogwood Lane\rWhite, TN 37111

    in Outlook.

In Deja Office, I show the 1100 Dogwood Lane\rWhite, TN 37111 twice under "Map Home Address".

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Russ-

I am not seeing this occur with addresses on a normal wifi sync. Can you tell me what kind of Windows device you are using, the Sync method, and version of DejaOffice you are currently on? Also, are you syncing to the native contacts using DejaOffice?

    Thanks.

    Sean,

My computer is a Dell Optiplex running Window 7, to a Lumina running Windows mobile 8.1, using USB synch. I can't seem to get the wireless synch to run for me. Companion Link build 6040 and DejaOffice 1.1.6.60. And, yes, I am synching to native contacts using DejaOffice. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

Russ can you please email support@dejaoffice.com for direct help on this.

We verified that it is working ok for us. So I'm not sure if this is a one-off with your phone (I really don't think so) or whether there is some significant detail, a way of entering the address or something, that we are not getting. Sean or Chris can help.
