Can I suggest that you Google Palm Desktop 6.2.2 runtime error. There is some advice left over from Palm Support which might solve your problem. It may be a registry issue.

If Uninstall and reinstall, during setup if I pick a older user ID Palm will open. If I switch to my current I'd I get the error. Could it be a corrupt database?

    Solution

When you re-install Palm you given a choice to create a new user. You can then sync with dejacloud and re-populate the new Palm user.

It definitely sounds like the user database is corrupt. Please restore from backup (my link above).

I'm out of ideas. There must be something more going on that is hard to hash out with an online forum.

If you call CompanionLink tech support they can probably help. (503)243-5200 Hours 7am-4pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday.

I called them! "We are not Palm experts, we need a working database to help you sync".

By creating a new Palm user with a virgin database, we were are to populate it with data in deja cloud.
