    ringtones

Recently the only ringtone I get on incoming calls is the default android ringtone. I have assigned tones to groups and individuals but only the default plays regardless of who calls. I believe this started around the time I got a cl upgrade? ?

    Thanks

I sent this to the developer to check. Unfortunately I don't use ringtones myself.

A CL upgrade would not affect ringtones. They are only on the Devices. I..e. that is not a value that is synchronized.

They checked it out. All is working fine.

They note that you need to be sure to sync to the Native Android contacts (DejaOffice Account is good). The ringtones are attached to the native contacts, so they must exist for us to attach them.

Are they being sent to the native Contacts? When you view the contact in the native App, can you see the ringtone attached?

Yes, I removed the battery and put it back in and now the last couple of calls had the proper ringtones. Go figure! !

    Ringtones not working

Hello, I seem to have a problem with ringtones too. I have set a default ringtone for all categories in DJO and the same one for all the contacts on my device (SGS4) but the actual tone that rings is a different one. The DJO contact ID displays fully during incoming calls, so the connection DJO-Android Phone Contacts is working
Any ideas about how to correct this?
I have all my contacts in DJO and simply sync them to my device contacts, no actaul contacts on my device.
    Thanks for your help

Oyle, Ringtones work because we set the ringtone in the native Contact list.

    So

    1) Make sure DejaOffice is sending to a Native Account, usually the DejaOffice Account

    2) Make sure the same contact is not ALSO on another native account, like a Google Sync account. There needs to be just one instance of each contact.

    I hope this information helps.
