    DejaOffice does not appear in "Contacts to Display" List anymore

    DejaOffice used to appear in "Contacts to Display" under "People", but does not appear after an issue I had with my phone. My othe raccounts appear on the list. Is there a way to get it back on the list?

    Motorola RAZR HD Android 4.42
    DJO 4.1.3 (906) Companionlink 7 (7016)
    WiFi Sync
    CL 7.0 0.0 Build 7016
    DJO 4.1.4 Build 915
    USB sync
    DJO sync settings: sync with Android Contacts App, sync with Android Calendar App

    It will be worth checking the following:-

    Go to Settings/Accounts and make sure that DejaOffice is listed there. If it is not tap add account and select DejaOffice.

    It is listed there. If I remove it and add it back, will I loose anything? thanks

    Hello rbtnt,

    Thank you for using DejaOffice. This issue should be resolved in the latest in house build of DejaOffice. Please see the steps below to use this build.

    1. Open your Android device's web browser
    2. visit the following address on your Android device: http://www.dejaoffice.com/androidapp/DejaOffice.apk
    3. Launch DejaOffice.apk from your Android browser's download folder. This will start the DejaOffice self-installer.

    NOTE:
    If your Android device displays an "Install blocked" message, do the following:
    1) Tap "Settings".
    2) Check the box for "Unknown sources".
    3) Tap "OK", then restart the installation.

    Please let us know if your issue persists.
