    Rebooted phone, now won't sync

    Rebooted phone to try to correct problem with task alarms consistently 3 minutes late. Now synchronization with Outlook 2016, which had worked perfectly, no longer works.

    I use direct USB connection, and had changed nothing in my Sync Settings. The phone shows up as usual in the Devices and Printers list on the PC, but CompanionLink no longer launches upon connecting. "Connecting with PC" displays on the phone, followed by "Press OK when the PC sync is complete", but sync never seems to start, not to mention completing.

    Desperate to get the sync functionality back!

    As of this morning, synchronization is working again.
