    Backing up database

    Hello,

in logging and support settings one can back up the database either to the device or to an external sd card. As far as I can see all of the DJO data is backed up in a single file.

Would it be possible to back up the various components enets separately, ie: the the calendar, the contacts, the tasks, the memos, like we did on Palm Desktop in the good old days??
    That would be great.
    Thanks for your view.

Oyle, I apologize for not responding sooner.

The files are in a SQLite Table. As with most SQL databases, the information is cross linked between tables. While some of the main tables like Contacts, Calendar, Tasks are mostly in one spot, they share a lot of internal dependencies. So there's not a good way to back up one Table, without the related tables like Categories, Linked Contacts etc. At least, we have not designed a system to back up tables separately.

    Hello DJOCTO,

thanks for the explanations re: the structure of the database.
