    Additional Information for support ticket DDJ-835-45422

    Problem syncing. Yesterday after several attempts I did get a sync to work but it wasn't the usual way it has worked. And, when I went to check the calendar on my mobile I saw a strange op-up window which prompted me to "restore a backup" after a message saying that I had to unmount my SD card 2016_09_20_14_50_26_.jpg2016_09_20_14_51_45_Screenshot_20160919_160258.png_Photos.jpg[See images]

    I already have done the following:
    1-called waited 20 minutes and left message
    2-missed call from Mikel at 11:50EDT yesterday and sent a support ticket yesterday at 1:00EDT (Support Ticket DDJ-835-45422
    I am home today. Perhaps Thomas or DJOCTO will see this as they have helped me before.

    RJLOMMD, It looks like this all got resolved by noon on Sept 21.

    Although we operate out of one office, the DejaOffice staff don't interface much with the CL staff. One team is focused on Handheld OS Apps, and the other team on PC Sync. There's actually not a lot of overlap. The PC Sync team handles about 200 tickets a day so there's not a lot of time for browsing.

    Glad to see it worked out. If not, just reply back on your ticket email. That's the fastest way to get a response from the PC Sync support team.
