    DJO not reading all contacts

    I'm setting up a new phone with DJO. Contacts are already in the Android contacts app. I expected that DJO would read the Android can't act list and pick up everything but it isn't. Some contacts in the Android list are not seen in DJO.

    "Read Android Contacts" and same with long press do not fix the problem. How can I get DJO to pick up the rest of the contacts?

    Thanks,
    ++PLS

    Sorry, I should have mentioned that this is a new Nexus 6P with Android 7.1.1.

    PLS, the native contacts are phone/carrier specific, so there's not just one answer. This is Android OS fragmentation where every vendor has their own changes.

    For this, please contact tech support at support@dejaoffice.com or call CompanionLink (503)243-5200.

    They will need to know your exact phone model, and may have suggestions on moving Native into DejaOffice. They may have you log the database which would help the programmer know what is going on with your model of phone.
