    I have confirmed my system is up to date. I did exactly as you recommended , but have not had any improvement. I also turned the phone off and on.

    Problem solved with help from Chris at DejaOffice Support.

    Here's the short answer:
    1. Do what was said in Post #10.
    2. All of the records will be in the native contacts, but not in DejaOffice contacts, although they will be synced.
    3. Set the ringtones in the native contacts, not DejaOffice.

    That's all it took for me. Hope this helps someone else.
