Synching: Invalid username and password error

After upgrading to Companionlink Express 7048 this morning, it will not sync with DejaOffice. An error appears stating "Your ACT! username or password is invalid. Please provide a valid username or password" and will not proceed with the synchronization. But I have no ACT! username and password. This issue has never arisen prior. I re-installed CompanionLink Express 7048 update, restarted the computer and phone to no avail. Suggestions? Thank you.

This was a "bug fix" that was not intended to be released. We will be updating the release build shortly to restore to what it did previously.

This is fixed in B7050 and higher.

The bug was; we've always allowed you to get into an Act! Pad file without the user name, if there is no password. We grab the name from the registry MRU value.

In B7048 the programmer locked out this capability. It is back now.

I downloaded and installed the 7050. It works, and much quicker than previously as the "Closing Android" process no longer hangs for a couple minutes. Thank you DJOCTO and programmers.
