Back up database for DejaOffice

Hello.
I am using DejaOffice as a standalone app on my phone (for contacts and calendar functions mainly.) I do not use any sync functions since my mobile is all I need. How do I create a back up of all the data on DejaOffice to my PC. Am terrified of losing all my data should my phone break or if the app crashes. Thanks very much.
