    Calenadar Settings - Colours

    Hello,

In the newest version 4.3.9 build 1028 there is a new setting for calendar colours, for the week-days, which is nice, but unfortunately it is impossible to change the hex number, which is stuck on #FFFFF8, Granny Smith green...

    Can you fiix this please?

I could of course go back to the previous build, but thrn I lose that additional setting....

Thanks for your help and regards

Oyle, I sent your note to the programmer and here's what he sent back:

This is NR for me. I can change the Weekday hex color. The setting saves correctly. If I leave the settings screen and go back in, it still has the new value.

Maybe the user hadn't set "Custom" on the "Calendar Colors" section at the top. If you aren't on Custom, you can't change the values below them (controls are disabled).

I notice if the calendar screen was already open, you need to close it then reopen it after changing colors, so it redraws them with the correct color. Not sure if that is what the customer means.

Thanks for the response, but the setting is on custom (otherwise you can't change the hex values).
The hex value I entered is #EFEFED for weekdays, but in fact the colour shows the same as the weekend colour but only in the 7day or week grid. In all the other grids the chosen hex value colours are displayed correctly.
Very strange. And it does this on my S6 edge and Tab 2

    Oyle,

Does that mean that FFFFF8 is no longer an issue? This works for you now.

But you are reporting a new issue where the setting is not as you expect on two of the calendars?

    I'm confused.

    Sorry I wasn't clear.

    It is still a problem.

I entered the hex value EFEFED (should be a light cream, not 100% white) but what shows in only one of the displays (1 week grid) is apple green, the colour I chose to mark the weekend.
I can change the hex value and save it, but the colour doesn't change.

    Is this clearer?

    Oyle,

Give this a try for me. On the phone, open a browser and navigate to:

    https://www.dejaoffice.com/androidap...DejaOffice.apk

Once the update is downloaded tap to run it.

    NOTE:
If your Android phone displays an "Install blocked" message, do the following:
    1) Tap "Settings".
    2) Check the box for "Unknown sources".
    3) Tap "OK", then restart the installation.

Once updated, reopen DejaOffice, it should list build 1032 in the bottom right. If so, open the Settings of DejaOffice, tap DejaCalendar settings, scroll towards the bottom and tap Calendar Colors. Ensure the Hex Values here are what you would like them to be. Tap the Check in the top right. Return to the main menu of DejaOffice, and tap Exit at the bottom. Reopen the App and check the DejaCalendar's various views, is the issue corrected?

Hello, I folowed your instructions to the letter, but still no change. It is only in week grid and list that colour shown is not the set hex value. It shows correctly in all the other views. And I use the light background colour scheme. I also tested with the dark background and had the same result.

Oyle, I'm on the road. I'll send this to Chris. It's working fine for us.

What is you background scheme, dark or light? What screen are you looking at specifically; Day view, Week, Week Grid, Month or List?
