    Cloud not working ?

    Hello, I cannot get into my account to manage it, and I got a message saying the password had been changed and I was asked to to enter the new password, but I haven't changed it, at least not recently.

    Clicking on "forgot password" to get a new one does not work either.

    When trying to log into DejaOffice CRM Live and DejaCloud Sync
    This is what is displayed:

    Is sync working at all?

    Hello Oyle,

    Yesterday there was a temporary issue which caused some users to see errors like this but it has since been addressed. Are you still seeing this issue?
