    Task Attachments Not Syncing

    In Outlook, I create a new task and attach a small .jpg. The task syncs to my phone, but the image does not. I'm sure all my settings are correct. Could it be Android Pie?
    PC: Windows 7, 64 bit

    Thank you for contacting us. Check here for me:

    1. Open CompanionLink on the PC
    2. Click Settings on the left
    3. Click Advanced in the bottom left and under the General Tab is "Sync attachments" checked?

    Also you listed DejaCloud as your Sync Method, is this still correct?

    Yes, "Sync attachments" is checked. Yes, DejaCloud is correct.

    One further spot to check in DejaOffice on the phone:

    1. Open DejaOffice on the Android
    2. Tap Settings, tap Sync settings, and select DejaCloud Settings

    In this menu is Sync attachments checked?

    If so, try a Reread of the Outlook data:

    1. Open CompanionLink on the PC
    2. Click Settings on the left
    3. Click Advanced in the bottom left and select the Applications tab.

    Put a check in Reread Outlook. Return to the main menu and sync. When it completes, sync once from DejaOffice, does the attachment now sync?

    If not, I will create a support ticket to further assist with this issue.

    I don't know what happened, it's working now. I did install the latest CompanionLink beta today. Maybe the previous build was faulty?

    There hasn't been any changes to the attachment system in the latest beta. Do let us know if the issue returns.
