DejaOffice 4.4.15 (build 1111) Manual Backup Restoration Fails in Android Pie 9.0

    Hi,

Made backup from Android Oreo 8.1, renamed the backup to companionlink.db and copied it to new phone Android Pie 9.0 . (Per https://www.companionlink.com/suppor...ffice_database)
(Also, have prior multiple successful experiences doing this.)

Works in Oreo, fails in Pie. Numerous checks and tries with DejaOffice fails to load the backed up and renamed companionlink.db in Android Pie 9.0.

    DejaOffice 4.4.15 (build 1111)

    Root\data\data\com.companionlink.clubsync\app_clus b\clusb

companionlink.db Mark as RW only. (600)

    Reproducible Error from DejaOffice Link:
“DejaOffice could not locate your database” (Exit, Try Again, etc.)

Reproducible Error from DejaOffice Contacts, or Calendar Direct Android 9 (Pie) Link:
"Unable to access SD Card. Un-mount Your device from the PC and change your USB connection type to Charge only."

Also, can reload same companionlink.db copied back to Android Oreo, so the file itself is not corrupted. (Created backup, renamed, copied to correct clusb on Pie / Oreo multiple times just to check for corruption, etc.)

Any help with this would be appreciated.
