Noficiation bar symbols - two identical symbols for tasks

    Hallo!

I sent a message to support via webform, but there wasn't a possibility to add screenshots. So they are here ...

Since the last update of DO the symbols in the android notofication bar have been changed. For tasks there is a bell with "zz", and then two (!) identical symbols "bell with cross". So what's the difference? Where has "the check box for "completing" a task gone?

    I found this thread:

    https://www.dejaoffice.com/forums/sh...t=NOTIFICATION

    I don't see an option for alarm style "Android 6" but 8.0 / 4.1 / 2.0 only.

I didn't change this seetings, so it must have been done through an DJO update.

    Please

    a) don't do this (again). ;-)
    b) find individual symbols for "complete"

    Michael,

We do have the Alarm Style options you found in the other post, the 4.1 style would change the Symbols to the words "Snooze" and "Dismiss" instead of the icons. For Tasks it should display "Complete" as well. The change it icons was to keep up with changes to the Android Notifications. I am seeing the double icon for tasks alarms, I will get this sent up to our development team to look into. For the moment, it looks like the last icon of the 3 will complete the task.

    Thomas,

but why did I get a change from text (style 4.1) to symbols (8), without changing anything in the settings? Maybe you changed the text of the setting options (v6 to v8?) and as a result of this, the presentation changed (this is, what I meant with "don't do this again" ;-) ?
