    Task Synching Issues

I have an issue with DJO synching Outlook Tasks with my Android phone. All other Outlook "modules" - calender, contacts, notes synch without issue. Outlook tasks, always cause a Companionlink hang. If I set Companion Link (v 4.0, build 4047 - DJO 1.12.3) outlook setting to synch Outlook --> Android, there is no issue. If I set to synch both ways, the process hangs on "Reading Android Tasks 1," which I assume is the first task synch is trying to read?

All other Outlook applications synch without issue.

Syncing to native Android contacts (DJO account), not syncing to native Android calendar

      Hello Rgrnader,

You may need to Purge and Reload Tasks after updating CompanionLink as well.

      1. In CompanionLink Setup on your PC desktop Click Outlook Settings.
      2. Go to the applications Tab.
      3. Click Purge and Reload Tasks.
      4. Click OK.
      5. Sync your Phone.

Let me know if you have any questions about this.

What PC data manger are you syncing with

        Resolution

As the previous poster suggested, I upgraded to Build 4500 (CM 5) and was able to synch tasks sucessfully.

Purge and reload is a good idea.

        Thanks everybody.
