I would suggest upgrading to CompanionLink for Outlook 5.0
This issue should be fixed and if you purchased CompanionLink 4.0 on or before July 1st 2010 the upgrade is free.
You can download the update here. Just use your Name and Email Address you used when purchased CL4 when you are prompted to register.
