Sync outlook contacts with Deja Office and phone contacts list

I have a Droid razr Maxx, Android ICS and am syncing with Outlook on PC. How do I get the phone "contacts" to sync with Deja contacts (which are syncing with Outlook contacts) so that when I receive a phone call from a number listed in Deja Contacts, the phone recognizes and displays the contact informtion?

Open DejaOffice
Tap Settings> Sync Settings
Turn on the "Sync with Android Contacts App" option.
Scroll down to the Contacts account setting. (I strongly suggest selecting the "DejaOffice" Account option.
There are scores of threads on this forum that summarize why I suggest that. - It prevents duplicates and mysteriously dissapeering data from occurring.

I've got a missing contact (on Outlook but not on phone) so I've confirmed these settings so I then changed sync settings on Companionlink to clear contacts and then write from Outlook to android but still have missing contact.
