Yes, if you extend your license to Express (2 profiles) or Professional (up to 5 profiles).

I have one Android device and three PST files in the PC.
Is it possible to make CL sync with all PST files ?

Folder are within the same pst. The OP wants to sync to multiple pst files, not just folders.

You can add multiple pst to a single profile in Outlook and they appear as separate folders - and this works with the standard CL version. In CL you can select the folder to use for contacts, calendar ... and select to include data in sub-folders. However, since you can not map the additional pst's to sub-folders and are only available to select one folder for every conduit, your plan only works if you want to sync i.e. contacts from (only) one pst and i.e. calendar data from another pst (again, only one pst).
If somebody from the team has better news .. I'm happy to learn

I solved the problem by merging contacts into the default PST file.
