    CompanionLink Sync Messages

    Why am I getting these entries in recordchanges.log every 5 minutes?

    1 2021-06-30 00:22:02: Updated : DejaCloud
    1 2021-06-30 00:22:02: Sync START B9045 (Realtime) (1)
    1 2021-06-30 00:22:04: Sync END

    They start appearing with version 9044 and 9045. Didn't have them in version9043.
    PC: Windows 11, 64 bit

    According to the records on our end the PC is showing set to Real Time sync. Can you check in Settings > Advanced > and under the Advanced Settings tab? If this is set to 5 minutes, can you set it to Manual, Click Ok, then return to the Advanced settings and set it back to 5 minutes. Any change?

      No, it's not set to 5 minutes. It's been set to Realtime, Always synchronize since I can remember. I tried setting it to manual, OK'ed out of settings and set it back to Realtime, but the same messages appear. Something has changed since version 9043 because it didn't happen with that version.

        There was a small bug in an interim build which prevented the auto sync setting from being changed. This is resolved in the latest Build 9044. Please download the latest build from our Updated Page: https://www.companionlink.com/downloads/updates.html

          I uninstalled 9045 and deleted all the CompanionLink files and registry entries.
          I installed 9044 and had the same problem.

          I installed 9043 which didn't have the problem before, but now it has the same problem.
          My theory is, since the message
          1 2021-07-07 02:39:26: Updated : DejaCloud
          1 2021-07-07 02:39:27: Sync START B9043.53 (Realtime) (1)
          1 2021-07-07 02:39:32: Sync END
          contains "Updated: DejaCloud" something is corrupted in the cloud.
          Since it started happening in the first 9044 that I installed, it had a bug.
          So, can you look at my cloud to see if you can find anything wrong?
          I was thinking I might delete all the records in the cloud and repopulating it to see if that fixes it.
