    CompanionLink Outlook Add-In

    When I try to activate the Add-In in Outlook 2010, Windows 7, it says it's unloaded. When I try to manually add CLOutlookAddIn.vsto it says it is not a valid Office Add-in. This used to work. What's wrong?

    The issue is likely with Outlook 2010. An uninstall and reinstall of CompanionLink might re-add the Add-in, but there is no guarantee. The Add-in just helps with the detection of changes for the Real Time sync, but the auto sync will still function without it. Are you having auto sync issues or just noting that the Add-in is not loaded.

      No problem with auto sync. I just thought it would be faster using the Add-in. I may try the uninstall and reinstall of CompanionLink sometime, but not now.
