I noticed a while ago that one particular Outlook never ends up in DejaOffice (or in Android contacts). Now I am noticing another contact that is in Outlook, but it never makes it way into DejaOffice. I see nothing unique about these two specific contacts (there could be others that aren't syncing that I am not aware of). How can I get all of my contacts to sync properly?

Many thanks for this. I upgraded to the latest version for good measure and ran through the steps outlined in the article. After all completed, one of the problematic contact records that would never copy into the phone previously is now there so that a big win, but the other contact record that has historically failed to copy into the phone is still missing from DejaOffice. Interestingly that contact DOES appear in the native Android contacts app now...previously it wasn't there.

Dneumet,
Glad to her that got the records to DejaOffice. Here are some steps to "Wipe and Reload" the Native Android Contacts App.
1. In DejaOffice, tap Settings, tap Sync Settings.
2. Ensure here the option to "Sync with Android Contacts app" is checked. If so verify the Contact Account option below it shows DejaOffice.
3. Scroll to the bottom of this menu and tap the second to last option "Delete Contacts from Android Contacts App". In the list that opens select DejaOffice and tap Yes when prompted.
4. Return to the main DejaOffice menu and tap Read Android Data.
When it completes check for the missing Contact in the Android contacts app. Did that get it sorted?- Lead QA

I went through the steps that you outlined. Perhaps you misunderstood the situation. The one contact (that I know of) that is acting mysteriously was in Android contacts. It was missing from DejaOffice contacts. Now that I completed the steps in #4 that contact is missing from both: no longer in Android contacts and, as always, missing from DejaOffice.
For good measure I did another Sync and still that one record is missing from both Android contacts and DejaOffice contacts.

Dneumet,
Apologies, I did misunderstand where the record was. Unfortunately if the record was only in the Android contacts app. I would not have a way to restore it, unless it was re-added to DejaOffice, the PC or the Android Contacts App. What is your current Sync Method? If you are using our DejaCloud, I can restore deleted records from our side up to 30 days ago. There are some backups that the DejaOffice mobile app keeps, but unless the contact was in DejaOffice at the time of the backup it would not show anything.
I will create a support ticket for this and look into the DejaOffice Backups.- Lead QA
