Syncing Google Calendar with PC CRM and Android Calendar

Hello,

I'm using Calendly to sync to my google calendar then to my PC CRM and then to my Dejaoffice on my android phone. PC CRM is the middle man.
It is set up to sync both ways but I always have to open PC CRM in order to have that happened.

Dejaoffice on my phone is synced to the cloud
PC CRM is synced to the cloud realtime.

Do I have to turn on "Sync with Android Calendar app on my phone to sync all three without opening PC CRM?
Is that going to cause duplicate entries?

Am I missing something else?

Juliodo,

You can enable the Launch on Startup in the DejaOffice PC CRM Settings > General Settings. If you restart the computer this would prevent you from having to launch DejaOffice PC CRM Manually, which will also launch teh sync.

I would not enable the Sync with Android Calendar app if the PC is set to sync to Google.

How about when I'm not near my PC and I schedule an appointment on my phone or someone else does it on Calendly? How can they sync automatically?

The PC can't sync if it is off. If it is on and you are away and you are using DejaCloud it can sync automatically. Wifi and USB syncs are local only so you must be next to the computer to sync.

Can I sync google calendar, my phone and PC CRM directly to dejacloud? So any changes to any of the three updates all three real time?

We offer a sync with Google, but it would be PC CRM to Google for "source" then PC CRM to "DejaCloud" for "device".
