    Contact Pictures not syncing

    Upon Sync from Windows/Outlook contact pictures visible in Outlook (conatcts) are not coming across on the DejaOffice-Contact nor ANDROID-contacts!
    It worked in the past, but not anymore: PLEASE HELP

    ANDROID: Pixel 5 Ver. 14
    DejaOffice: 4.4.61 (build 1665)
    CompanionLink for Outlook: Build 10042
    Windows 11 Pro: 23H2
    Outlook: Microsoft® Outlook® 2019 MSO (Version 2408 Build 16.0.17928.20114) 64-bit, Product ID: 00413-60001-14197-AA159

    Max,

    Make sure the MAPIs are not disabled:

    Open CompanionLink and press Ctrl + Shift + U. Look to see if the Disable Mapis option is checked. If so uncheck it.

    Also try a Reread of the PC data:

      Thanks for the suggestion: unfortunately, "no joy".

      After implementing your suggestions I tested for sync.
      I tested for sync to pick-up changes on Win and/or ANDROID, both ways and mixed and it is working as it should (expected).
      The contact "pictures" still don't come across from OUTLOOK....
      Any suggestions, please...

      N.B. Is there a folder in ANDROID where picture should/are stored?

        There is a folder in the Android\Data\com.companionlink where pictures would be stored.

        If Outlook has the best data you could try clearing the "memory" of the sync then wipe and reload the mobile.

        1. Open CompanionLink on the PC.
        2. Select Settings on the left > Advanced in the bottom left > Click the Support Tab at the top. Click the Remove Cached Info button and choose Yes.
        3. In the same Advanced Settings, find the Applications tab at the top, then on the right of each Conduit put a check in the Wipe Records on Android before sync.
        4. Click Ok, click Ok again, then run a sync with DejaOffice on the mobile.

        When it completes, any change in the DejaOffice Contacts?

          I just applied your suggestions (verified twice).
          Images/pictures did not trasfer across from OUTLOOK to ANDROID.

          A STEP FURTHER:
          I applied a picture to a DejaOffice record and it came across to OUTLOOK
          I removed the image in OUTLOOK, but it did stay on in DejaOffice after the sync

          Next step please!
