Duplicate Sync Issues With Android Phone and Tablet

I currently use ACT on PC and sync my data and notes to my Motorola Droid Turbo phone as well as Samsung Tablet. I use Deja Office. The issue is that I primarily use ACT on the PC to make changes. When I update or make a change to the contact record, such as changing the contact name, phone, etc, it ends up creating a duplicate record in Deja Office on both tablet and phone - it does not create a duplicate in the Native Android. The information is correct in the PC as I changed the sync to one way after constantly deleting/wiping records and restoring the PC data. If I just update notes or calendar, it doesn't create a duplicate. Only creates when I update the main fields in ACT.

Currently use Act 2012 Version 14
    Companionlink Express 5 Build 5080
    Deja Office 3.1.3
I sync using the Deja Account
I sync with Android Contacts App
I currently have 1772 records in ACT and am really tired of years and years of wiping/deleting and restoring syncs

Something is not right here. You didn't mention sync method, and that is important.

If you are in the US I suggest calling CompanionLink support and they will help you out.
